This program aims to spread advanced technologies and the production and export of high value-added products in Armenia, in order to ensure the growth of Armenia's gross domestic product.

The program is aimed at increasing investment capacities and creating more attractive conditions for fund managers newly entering the Armenian market.

Within the framework of this measure, beneficiaries are given the opportunity to receive financial assistance (subsidization) for the interest rate of a loan/leasing provided in Armenian Dram (AMD) or foreign currency by financial organizations operating in the Republic of Armenia.

The subject of the loan/leasing can be new (unused) machinery and equipment and their component parts.

Leasing is a financial instrument that allows one to acquire assets through a bank by making regular payments, and then becoming the owner of that asset upon the completion of the leasing contract.

Within the framework of the program, it is intended to provide support to organizations and individual entrepreneurs operating in the manufacturing industry sector who have hired citizens of the Republic of Armenia and persons forcibly displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh.

In order to stimulate private investments, the Government of the Republic of Armenia provides assistance to an organization implementing an investment program (or organizations that have applied together to receive assistance) by partially reimbursing the costs incurred for providing the designated area with the necessary infrastructure.

Infrastructure is considered to include roads, water supply, sewage, gas supply, electricity supply, and telecommunication systems.

The goal of the program is to support organizations in involving highly qualified specialists.

The organization is reimbursed 20-70% (with a maximum of 2 million AMD) of the specialist's salary and other payments (vacation pay, bonuses, awards) and the paid income tax.
