About the platform

The National Services Gateway was established as part of the "Public Administration Reform" agenda to improve the delivery of public services for everyone living in or interacting with the Republic of Armenia.

Hartak.am serves as a one-stop interaction point between users and public services in the Republic of Armenia, providing information and links to the services people need throughout various life events. It is a trustworthy source of information, ensuring that users can access what they need when they need it.

The National Services Gateway is the result of collaboration between all state bodies and the Information Systems Agency of Armenia. It has been developed following national standards for digital service design and accessibility.

The platform is continuously being improved, and multilingual versions will be launched soon.
