How to apply?

In order to receive reimbursement for infrastructure investments, the person meeting the program's conditions must submit the required documents to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Armenia.

About the Program

The goal of the program is to encourage private investments in the Republic of Armenia, to create a more favorable investment environment and conditions, as well as opportunities for attracting new foreign investments.

The total value of the investments in the investment program includes the sum of expenses (including taxes) incurred by the organizations for the construction of real estate and the acquisition of fixed assets.

Requirements

The requirements for receiving reimbursement for infrastructure within the framework of the investment program are as follows:

• the investment program must be implemented in an area outside the first and second cadastral zones of Yerevan city.
• the investment program must be directed towards the organization of agriculture, manufacturing production, or the provision of services.
• the beneficiary must have a registered right of ownership, construction (development), or lease over the land for the implementation of the investment program.
• as of the date of application for support, there must be no administrative proceedings initiated against the beneficiary regarding the collection of unfulfilled tax liabilities.

Required documents

To receive reimbursement for infrastructure within the framework of the investment program, the following documents must be submitted:

• form N 1
• Summary description of the investment program: Form N 2
• Description of the infrastructure
• Cost estimate for the construction, including receipts verifying expenses for the acquisition of necessary land for the infrastructure, design, author's and technical supervision.
• Contracts for connection works to the electricity supply, water supply, and sewage (wastewater treatment) systems.
• Documents verifying the rights of ownership, lease, or use over the land/area designated for the implementation of the investment program.

Amount of support

The value of the provided assistance cannot exceed 70 percent of the cost of the constructed infrastructure and must not exceed the following limits:

• for the implementation of an investment program up to 500 million AMD: 10 percent of the total value of the investment program's overall investments.
• for the implementation of an investment program of 500 million AMD and more: 20 percent of the total value of the investment program's overall investments.

Delivery period and procedure

The Ministry of Economy reviews the application within 10 working days after receiving it and, in the absence of deficiencies, concludes an agreement with the beneficiary regarding the provision of reimbursement within a one-month period.
