How to apply?

To use the program, after clicking the "Continue" button, you need to:

• register or log in to the Electronic Reporting System of the State Revenue Committee (SRC) of the Republic of Armenia.
• if you do not have a TIN, obtain one by submitting an online application for registration with the tax authority.
• in the "Reports" section, find the report corresponding to the query "On the involvement of employees in the manufacturing industry sector."
• fill out and send the report.

Requirements

Within the framework of the measure, reimbursement will be provided to organizations or individual entrepreneurs in the manufacturing industry sector who hire citizens of the Republic of Armenia who:

• have been in an employment relationship with the economic operator for 12 consecutive months,
• have not worked in the manufacturing industry sector during the 3 years preceding the start of the employment relationship.

For people forcibly displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh, no criteria are set; support is provided for every person hired.

Amount of support

The employer is reimbursed the amount of income tax for 12 months for each employee, with a maximum of 500,000 AMD per employee.

Delivery period and procedure

The State Revenue Committee of Armenia, within 3 working days of receiving the application, informs the applying commercial organization or individual entrepreneur whether the given employee meets the requirements of this program or not. In case of a positive response, the application is accepted, and the support amount is transferred to the beneficiary's bank account.
