Register a Sole Proprietorship/Private Enterprise (PE)
You can register as an individual entrepreneur online or in person. The online service is currently available only to those with an ID card and digital signature. If you do not have these, you must apply in person.
To register as an individual entrepreneur, it is necessary to have "YesEm" identification or an ID card and an ID card reader. The following steps must be completed after clicking the "Continue" button:

To undergo "YesEm" identification, select the "Mobile ID" login option;

complete the "YesEm" identification process;

on the "Passport Data" page, select one of the automatically displayed passports (it is recommended to choose the passport or ID card with the longest validity period);

on the "Registration Address" page, select the registration address automatically displayed by the system, then select the postal code;

in the "Type of Activity" field, select the preferred type of activity;

on the next page, verify the submitted data and click the "Submit Application" button;

before submitting and signing the application, give consent regarding the non-provision of false information and agreement to the notification methods;

on the next page, click the "Sign" button;

after signing the application, click the "Return" button, then click "Submit."
Requirements
To register as an individual entrepreneur online, a person must have:
- Identification card
- Identification card reader
- Active electronic signature
Service provision period and procedure
The private enterprise is registered immediately, and a registration statement is sent to the individual's email address. The statement indicates the private enterprise's state registration number and taxpayer registration number (TIN), which is its identification code.
