How to apply?

To register as a physical individual entrepreneur, you must apply to any Legal Entities Registration Service Center.

Required Documents

To register as an individual entrepreneur, it is necessary to submit:

• a passport or identification card (if not a citizen of the Republic of Armenia, the passport must be submitted with a notarized Armenian translation),
• a receipt of the state duty payment.

Payment amount and procedure

To register as an individual entrepreneur, it is necessary to pay a state duty of 3,000 AMD.

The payment is made through one of the following methods:

• via the E-payments system,

• via bank transfer to the RA state budget account: 900005160750. In the payment purpose field, you must state "For the acceptance of a paper application for the state registration of individual entrepreneurs" (if it is not possible to make a transfer to this account in the banking app, please select the "Transfer to the state budget" option).

Delivery period and procedure

After submitting the documents and selecting the type of activity, the Individual Entrepreneur (IE) is registered immediately, and the registration extract is sent to the email address provided by the individual (upon their request, it can also be provided in person).
