Register the paternity acknowledgment

If, at the time of the child’s birth, the parents are not married, the person recognizing himself as the child’s father must apply for paternity state registration.

For paternity state registration in a foreign country, it is necessary to apply to the consular office of that country.

If necessary, it is also possible to obtain an online duplicate of the paternity recognition certificate (including duplicates of paper certificates issued before 2021).
