How to apply?

The steps below must be completed after clicking the "Continue" button.

To Apply You Need:

• Select the login with ID card option
• In the personal domain, select the "New Company" button
• Click "Limited Liability Company"
• Fill in the required data and save
• Select the company's trade name, transcribe it into Russian and English
• Indicate the legal and business addresses of the organization (if different), then the type of economic activity
• Select the generated charter sample (online registration is possible only according to the standard sample)
• Fill in the data of the founder or founders
• Indicate the amount of the authorized capital in terms of percentage or monetary value (The RA legislation does not define the minimum amount of the authorized capital. However, a zero amount cannot be specified in the electronic system; it is filled in at the discretion of the founder or founders)
• fill in the data of the executive body (founders can be individuals or legal entities)

Requirements 

To register a Limited Liability Company (LLC) online, you will need:

• Identification card
• Identification card reader
• Active digital signature
• Passport details of the founder or founders
• Articles of Association

After these steps, an application will be generated, which must be downloaded, verified with a digital signature, and uploaded to the system, attaching other documents if necessary.

Delievery period and procedure

• The LLC registration statement or rejection is sent to the provided e-mail address, explaining the reasons in case of rejection.
• The registration statement indicates the LLC's state registration number and taxpayer registration number (TIN), which is its identification code.
