How to apply?

To register a physically limited liability company (LLC), it is necessary to submit an application to the territorial offices of the State Register of Legal Entities Agency.

Required documents

If you are a citizen of the Republic of Armenia:

• Passports or identification cards of the founder and head of the executive body of the LLC
• Public service number or a note on refusing a social card
• The founder's decision, if the founder is one person, or the minutes of the Founders' Meeting if there are several founders
• The charter, according to the charter's sample form or in a non-sample form
• The application for registration of the company name

If you are a foreign citizen

• Passports of the LLC founder and head of the executive body, with a notarized Armenian translation.

Delivery period and procedure

LLC registration takes

• 1 business day, if the founders are individuals
• 2 business days if there is a legal entity among the founders
• Registration is carried out immediately if the person uses the sample forms of documents provided for by law when submitting documents to the State Register of Legal Entities Agency.

It is also possible to register a limited liability company at banks operating in the Republic of Armenia (before applying to the bank, it is necessary to clarify whether the given bank provides this service) and at Haypost branches. In addition, to register a company in the financial, banking, credit, and insurance sectors, it is necessary to apply to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia.
