Obtain a unified certificate on property owners

To obtain information about the owners of real estate, it is necessary to receive a unified certificate that contains details of all owners of the given property. The certificate will also indicate any restrictions or seizures on property rights, if there are any. 

You can apply for this service in person by booking an appointment in advance.

To register online and submit an application for a unified certificate, follow these steps:

  • Open the EarlyOne application.
  • Select the "State" section.
  • In the new window, select the "Cadastre Committee" section.
  • Choose the branch.
  • For submitting the application, select "Submit Application".
  • Choose your preferred time and click the “Reserve Ticket” button.

To receive the certificate once it is ready, follow a similar process and select the "Receive Document" service.

Required documents

You will need to provide an identification document when submitting an application to the Cadastre Committee.

Payment amount and procedure

To receive the unified certificate within 3 days, you must pay 10,000 AMD state duty.

Payment can be made in the following ways:

  • via the E-payments system
  • via bank transfer to the account of the State Budget of the Republic of Armenia: 900013220018. In the “Purpose of payment” field, please indicate the following text:
    “For the provision of a unified certificate regarding a real estate unit, except for land plots of agricultural purpose or land plots alienated for the construction of housing stock provided for by a state purchase contract in settlements of the Shirak and Lori regions of the Republic of Armenia.”
    (If it is not possible to make a transfer to this account in the banking application, please select the option “Transfer to the state budget”.)

It is possible to receive the certificate earlier. To receive it within 2 days, a fee of 20,000 AMD must be paid, and to receive it within 2 hours; a fee of 60,000 AMD.


Delivery period

The certificate will be provided within 3 days after submitting the application.

Attention:

The certificate is valid for 15 days.
