How to apply

To enroll a child in school, after clicking the "Continue" button, the applicant:

• is authenticated,
• completes the sequential steps of the application,
• signs the application,
• signs a contract with the school.

Attention

• After registration, it is necessary to go to the "Subsystems" section and click on the "First-Grader Enrollment" subsection.
• In case of technical difficulties during registration or enrollment, call 010 57 84 53.

Requirements

• Parents holding RA or foreign citizenship can apply to enroll a child in school if the child has turned 6 or turns 6 by December 31 of the given year inclusive.
• Admission of younger children to an educational institution is prohibited.

Required data

In the absence of a "YesEm" identification and when registering in the system, it is necessary to enter the following data:

• Public Services Number (social security card number),
• first name, last name,
• date of birth.

When organizing admission, priority is given to:

• children who have a sister or brother studying at the given school,
• children from insecure families living near the school, children under guardianship, children with disabilities, or children of parents with disabilities (in this case, the application and the reference from the Unified Social Service must be sent to the email address secretariat@escs.am),
• children of public system employees relocated to another settlement within the territory of the RA for at least 6 months,
• children of employees of the given school.

Enrollment schedule

Enrollment takes place in 3 phases:

Phase 1. Admission based on priorities

• Deadline: 08.06.2026, from 09:00 until 22.06.2026, 00:00,

• Intended for children with priorities in classes with Armenian and Russian language instruction.

Phase 2. Admission on general grounds

• Deadline: 23.06.2026, from 09:00 until 12.05.2027, 00:00,

• Intended only for enrollment in classes with Armenian language instruction.

Phase 3. General admission

• Deadline: 30.06.2026, from 09:00 until 12.05.2027, 00:00,

• Intended for enrollment on general grounds in classes with Armenian or Russian language instruction.

Attention

• Testing a child's knowledge during admission to the first grade of a public school is prohibited.
• Admission of children with special education needs to an educational institution is carried out on general grounds.

Processing time and procedure

The signed contract is generated immediately after enrollment.
