Requirements

Online medical consultation may be used if:

• The patient is physically unable to visit a medical facility.

• The current location of the patient or the physician makes it impossible to organize an in-person visit

The confidentiality of the patient's personal data is maintained during the online consultation.

 
Required Documents

• Passport or ID card, in the case of a minor or incapacitated patient, the documents of their legal representative.
• Medical card or preliminary medical reference (certificate/summary).

Payment Amount and Procedure

• The amount of the fee varies depending on the medical institution and the nature of the consultation.
• Payment is carried out online.
