Submit an issue through the "Active Citizen" app to improve Yerevan

Through the "Active Citizen" mobile app, residents of Yerevan can participate in the city’s governance by reporting issues related to waste management, transport, street lighting, animal care, and other areas.

Issues submitted through the app are forwarded to the Yerevan Municipality and are given solutions.

After downloading the "Active Citizen" mobile app, to report problems in Yerevan you need to:

  • register on the platform by entering your first name, last name, and phone number,
  • select the “Report an issue” button in the opened window,
  • choose the relevant category for the issue,
  • enter the address and description of the problem and submit it. If necessary, you can attach a photo, video, or audio recording.

Issues submitted through the app are reviewed and forwarded to the relevant department of the Yerevan Municipality to be included in the discussion agenda for giving the relevant solution.
