To register a trademark online, you need:
- Be an Armenian or foreign natural or legal person
- Have an identification card, mobile identification card, or digital signature
To apply, after clicking the "Continue" button, you must:
- Log in to the system
- Create a new application
- Select the “Trademarks” section
- Fill out the online application form, keeping in mind that the application can be submitted on behalf of more than one legal entity.
- After filling in the data and attaching the necessary pictures and documents, before sending the application to the agency, it is necessary to insert the identification card into the reader and send it.
Further correspondence with the agency can also be conducted electronically by selecting the request or notification received from the agency regarding the given application in the "Correspondence" section and attaching the response in PDF format.
